SNAP U! Concept

I have an HVAC and Temperature Controls business.  This is what I am good at, and what I know really well.  So if I am going to make a difference, I feel this is the best way to do it.  I have learned a lot of tips and tricks throughout my career and I know the engineering, hands on mechanical as well as the business side of this industry.  So I believe the curriculum and training techniques we have developed will be perfect to train and launch these young minds to success in this field!  In the future we will bring in experts in other areas to grow the curriculum into other fields of study.

SNAP U! is a merit based system- a little old fashioned in that sense.  No trophies for showing up.  No bell curves.  If you don’t know what you are talking about, you don’t pass. PERIOD.  In the real world, if you are going to be paid to solve problems you better know what you are talking about.  We are training kids to become EXPERTS- mediocrity is not my idea of a good time!

So if you study, and practice techniques, and memorize terminology, you will be recognized and move up.  If not, you will fail in SNAP U!  When you graduate from SNAP U! you will be highly desirable and you will find many job opportunities.  We will be joining forces with industry players and manufacturers.  We will be seeking donations of funding as well as equipment for our labs.  But we will also set up our students for career fairs and other means of finding great careers.
